Cancellation
To cancel your order please email our customer service team at info@shadidress.com. We usually ship orders within 12 hours so it may not be possible to honor your request if you fail to inform us within 12 hours.
Non-Refundable Items
When it comes to customized or sale items, we pour our hearts into tailoring these pieces just for you. As such, these items are non-refundable:
- Bridal Dresses: Bridal dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Customized Dresses: Due to the personalized nature of these orders, they can’t be resold. Remember, in customization, we have limited fabric for each product, so we can’t stitch any unusually large sizes.
- Sale Dresses: Our sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns & Exchanges
At Shadi Dress, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive wrong or damaged item, we are here to help. You can return or exchange the product under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Received: If we sent you the wrong dress (not the one you chose), notify us via email, and we’ll make it right.
- Damaged Product: Should your dress arrive damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please include your order number and photos of the product when contacting us about a return or exchange.
