To cancel your order please email our customer service team at info@shadidress.com. We usually ship orders within 12 hours so it may not be possible to honor your request if you fail to inform us within 12 hours.

All bridal dresses, including Nikkah suits and lehengas, are made-to-measure and customized exclusively for each bride.

Minor variations in embroidery patterns or motifs may occur, as each piece is handcrafted. In some cases, our designers may adjust or trim certain embroidery elements to ensure the best fit according to the bride’s height, size, and measurements, without compromising the overall design and aesthetics.

While we strive to match the design shown in pictures as closely as possible, slight differences in embroidery placement or motif detailing are considered part of handcrafted couture and are not considered defects.

Color variation disclaimer:
The actual color of the outfit may differ slightly from the images due to studio lighting, photography, screen resolution, and device settings. Such minor color differences are natural and unavoidable and do not qualify as a reason for return or refund. -
Upon request, we provide detailed images and/or videos of the bridal dress before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Any requested changes or design confirmations are incorporated during the production process and finalized before dispatch.

Once the order has been delivered, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, as each bridal dress is customized and tailored specifically for the individual customer.
This policy ensures that every bride receives a garment crafted according to her confirmed specifications while maintaining fairness in bespoke fashion production.

Due to fabric limitations, extremely large or unconventional sizes may not be feasible for customization.
