Delivery timelines vary by order type. This page explains how long Bridal Dresses, Groom Wear and Wedding Guest Wear take to reach you in the United States, what each delivery option costs, and how the timeline is calculated.
All timelines below are complete order-to-delivery timelines. Production and shipping are already included where applicable; shipping days are not added separately afterward.

Bridal Dress and Groom Wear Delivery
Bridal dresses and groom wear are produced after an order is placed. Because Shadi Dress controls the manufacturing process, Normal, Rush and Super Rush Delivery are available with the maximum timelines shown below.
Normal Delivery
- Timeline: up to 3 months
- Delivery charge: free
The three-month period covers the complete journey from order placement through production and delivery to your address in the USA. The timeline begins on the calendar day after your order is placed.
Rush Delivery
- Timeline: up to 30 calendar days in total
- Delivery charge: $59
Rush Delivery is available when you need your bridal dress or groom wear sooner than the normal delivery timeline. The 30 calendar days include both production and delivery to you, and the timeline begins on the calendar day after your order is placed.
Super Rush Delivery
- Timeline: up to 14 calendar days in total
- Delivery charge: $199
Super Rush is the fastest standard delivery option for bridal dresses and groom wear. The 14 calendar days include production and delivery to your address, with the timeline beginning on the calendar day after the order is placed.
Groom Wear Accessories and Add-Ons
If you select paid accessories or add-ons with a sherwani, such as a kurta pajama, turban, shawl, khussa or other available items, those selected pieces follow the same overall delivery timeline as the sherwani.
Only the accessories or add-ons selected and paid for with the order are included; they are not automatically included with the base sherwani.
Wedding Guest Wear Delivery
Wedding Guest Wear follows a shorter standard delivery timeline.
- Timeline: up to 18 calendar days in total
- Standard delivery charge: $9.99
- Free standard delivery: orders of $200 or more
The 18-day timeline begins on the calendar day after your order is placed and covers the complete period until delivery to your address in the USA. Additional shipping days are not added afterward.
Rush Delivery and Super Rush Delivery are not normally available for Wedding Guest Wear. If you need an outfit sooner than 18 calendar days, contact us by WhatsApp or email before ordering. Faster delivery may sometimes be possible depending on our current production workload, but it is not guaranteed unless Shadi Dress confirms it for your specific order.
How We Calculate Delivery Time
To keep the timeline clear, the following rules apply:
- The timeline starts on the day after your order is placed. For example, if you place your order on the 3rd, the timeline begins on the 4th.
- The 14-day, 18-day and 30-day timelines are calendar days, not working days.
- Production and shipping are included within the stated timeline. Shipping time is not added separately afterward.
- The normal Bridal and Groom Wear timeline is expressed as up to 3 months.
For Bridal and Groom Wear orders, the required sizing or measurement information is selected or provided before checkout is completed. The delivery timeline therefore begins on the calendar day after the order is placed rather than waiting for measurements to be submitted later.
Customs and Import Charges
Shadi Dress orders are produced in Pakistan and delivered to your address in the USA, and we do not want a customer to carry an unexpected import charge. If a courier or the relevant authority asks you for customs, duty, tax or another import-related payment, contact us and send evidence of the request: the courier email, the invoice, the payment request or a clear screenshot. Once the amount is verified, Shadi Dress returns the equivalent verified amount to you. Keep the courier paperwork until your order has arrived and the charge has been settled.

Rush and Super Rush are not normally available for Wedding Guest Wear. If you need an outfit sooner, contact us by WhatsApp or email before ordering. Faster delivery may sometimes be possible depending on the current production workload, but it is only confirmed once Shadi Dress approves the timeline for your specific order.
What happens if I am asked to pay a customs or import charge?
Contact Shadi Dress and send us the courier email, invoice, payment request or screenshot showing the charge. Once the amount has been verified, Shadi Dress will return the equivalent verified amount to you so that you do not have to bear that additional cost yourself.
Do groom wear accessories follow the same delivery timeline as the sherwani?
Yes. Paid add-ons selected with your sherwani, such as a kurta pajama, turban, shawl or khussa, follow the same overall delivery timeline as the main order. Only the add-ons you select and pay for are included.
