Can I cancel a bridal order?

Bridal orders canceled within 24 hours receive a full refund. After that, and before dispatch, 35% of the amount paid is deducted. Because each outfit is made to order, returns and exchanges are not possible once it has been delivered, so agree any design changes before you order; our team confirms your full measurements after ordering.
