A Short Introduction to Anaya
Anaya by Kiran Chaudhry was established in Lahore in 2016, co-founded by Kiran Chaudhry with Resham Textile Industries. Chaudhry practiced corporate law in London before turning to fashion. The label built its name on accessible lawn and formal wear, then expanded into couture and luxury in 2019. Its first bridal couture line, La Vie en Rose, launched that year.
Vintage Glamour in a Softer Key
Our version of this look keeps color quiet and lets surface work catch the light. Shades such as steel grey or powder pink carry pearl clusters and scattered crystals instead of dense metallic embroidery. Silhouettes stay clean. A fitted gown with a sheer overlay gives movement without bulk, and so does a lehenga with a long, finely bordered dupatta. Organza and net suit this direction because embellishment sits lightly on their surface. The drama comes from the cut.
